1 <br /> 1 Contractor's total bid amount. The corrected total bid amount will be used by the I <br /> 2 Contracting Agency for award purposes and to fix the amount of the contract bond. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Record Drawings Minimum Bid <br /> 5 A minimum bid of $3,000 lump sum has been established for the item "Min. Bid Req — Record <br /> 6 Drawings $3,000." The Contractor's bid shall equal or exceed that amount. If the Contractor's <br /> 7 bid is less than the minimum specified amount, the Contracting Agency will unilaterally revise <br /> 8 the bid amount to the minimum specified amount and recalculate the Contractor's total bid <br /> 9 amount. The corrected total bid amount will the used by the Contracting Agency for award <br /> 10 purposes and to fix the amount of the contract bond. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 1-02.7 Bid Deposit <br /> 15 Supplement this Section with the following: <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Bid bonds shall contain the following: II <br /> 18 <br /> 19 1. Contracting Agency-assigned number for the Project; <br /> 20 2. Name of the Project; <br /> 21 3. The Contracting Agency named as obligee; <br /> 22 4. The amount of the Bid bond stated either as a dollar figure or as a percentage which <br /> I <br /> 23 represents five percent of the maximum Bid amount that could be awarded; <br /> 24 5. Signature of the Bidder's officer empowered to sign official statements. The <br /> 25 signature of the person authorized to submit the Bid should agree with the signature <br /> I <br /> 26 on the bond, and the title of the person must accompany the said signature; <br /> 27 6. The signature of the Surety's officer empowered to sign the bond and the power of <br /> 28 attorney. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 1-02.8 Noncollusion Declaration and Lobbying Certification <br /> 31 11132 1-02.8(1) Noncollusion Declaration <br /> 33 Delete the third paragraph of Section 1-02.8(1). <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Section 1-02.8(1) is amended by adding the following: <br /> I <br /> 36 <br /> 37 The Contractor shall submit a "Non-Collusion Affidavit" as part of its Proposal package. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 1-02.9 Delivery of Proposals <br /> 40 Revise the first paragraph to read: <br /> 41 <br /> I <br /> 42 Each Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the Project Name and Project <br /> 43 Number as stated in the Advertisement for Bids clearly marked on the outside of the <br /> 44 envelope, or as otherwise stated in the Bid Documents, to ensure proper handling and <br /> 45 delivery.
