1 <br /> 1 Contractor's total bid amount. The corrected total bid amount will be used by the I <br /> 2 Contracting Agency for award purposes and to fix the amount of the contract bond. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Record Drawings Minimum Bid <br /> 5 A minimum bid of $3,000 lump sum has been established for the item "Min. Bid Req — Record <br /> 6 Drawings $3,000." The Contractor's bid shall equal or exceed that amount. If the Contractor's <br /> 7 bid is less than the minimum specified amount, the Contracting Agency will unilaterally revise <br /> 8 the bid amount to the minimum specified amount and recalculate the Contractor's total bid <br /> 9 amount.
