I 1 1 2 The Bidder shall submit its Proposal on the forms found in the Proposal Specifications. All I 3 blank spaces in the Proposal form shall be properly filled in. In addition to writing in the Bid 4 amount in numbers, be sure and write out the Bid in words in the space provided in the 5 Proposal. Where conflict occurs, the written or typed words shall prevail. Qualification of a I 6 Bid will result in automatic rejection of the Bid. 7 8 The Contracting Agency reserves the right to arrange the Proposal forms with alternates 9 and additives, if such are to the advantage of the Contracting Agency. The Bidder shall Bid I 10 on all alternates and additives set forth in the Proposal forms unless otherwise specified. 11 12 Any correction to a Bid made by inter-lineation, alteration, or erasure, shall be initialed by I 13 the signer of the Bid. The Bidder shall make no stipulation on the Bid Form, nor qualify the 14 Bid in any manner. 15 I 16 A Bid by a corporation shall be executed in the corporate name, by the president or a vice 17 president (or other corporate officer accompanied by evidence of authority to sign). 18 19 A Bid by a partnership shall be executed in the partnership name, and signed by a partner. I 20 A copy of the partnership agreement shall be submitted with the Bid Form if any D/M/WBE 21 requirements are to be satisfied through such an agreement. 22 I 23 A Bid by a joint venture shall be executed in the joint venture name and signed by a 24 member of the joint venture. A copy of the joint venture agreement shall be submitted with 25 the Bid Form if any D/W/MBE requirements are to be satisfied through such an agreement. I 26 27 1-02.6 Preparation of Proposal 28 Supplement the second paragraph with the following: 29 30 4.
