The test point evaluation shall be performed in accordance with SOP 738. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Section 5-01, Cement Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation <br /> 23 January 7, 2019 <br /> 24 5-01.2 Materials <br /> 25 The reference for Concrete Patching Material is revised to read: <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Concrete Patching Material, Grout, and Mortar 9-20.1 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 5-01.3(1)A1 Concrete Patching Materials <br /> 30 In this section, each reference to "9-20" is revised to read "9-20.1". <br /> 31 <br /> 32 5-01.3(4) Replace Cement Concrete Panel <br /> 33 This section's content is deleted and replaced with the following new subsections: <br /> 34 <br /> 35 5-01.3(4)A General <br /> 36 Curing, cold weather work, concrete pavement construction in adjacent lines, and <br /> 37 protection of pavement shall meet the requirements of Section 5-05.3(13) through Section <br /> 38 5-05.3(15). The Contractor, at no cost to the Contracting Agency, shall repair any damage <br /> 39 to existing pavement caused by the Contractor's operations. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 5-01.3(4)B Sawing and Dimensional Requirements <br /> 42 Concrete slabs to be replaced as shown in the Plans or staked by the Engineer shall be at <br /> 43 least 6.0 feet long and full width of an existing pavement panel. The portion of the panel to <br /> 44 remain in place shall have a minimum dimension of 6 feet in length and full panel width; <br /> 45 otherwise the entire panel shall be removed and replaced. There shall be no new joints <br /> 46 closer than 3.0 feet to an existing transverse joint or crack.
