Off-site surface water run-on shall be <br /> 29 diverted through or around the project in a way that does not introduce construction related <br /> 30 pollution. It shall be diverted to its preconstruction discharge location in a manner that does <br /> 31 not increase preconstruction flow rate and velocity and protects contiguous properties and <br /> 32 waterways from erosion. The Contractor shall submit a Type 2 Working Drawing consisting <br /> 33 of the method for performing this Work. <br /> I <br /> 34 <br /> 35 8-01.3(1)E Detention/Retention Pond Construction <br /> 36 This section is revised to read: I 37 <br /> 38 Permanent or temporary ponds shall be constructed before beginning other grading and <br /> 39 excavation Work in the area that drains into that pond.
