It includes vegetation preservation, <br /> 34 weed and pest control, furnishing and placing topsoil, compost, and soil amendments, and <br /> I <br /> 35 furnishing and planting seed, sod and plants of all forms and container types. It includes <br /> 36 performing plant establishment activities and soil bioengineering. Work shall be performed <br /> 37 in accordance with these Specifications and as shown in the Plans or as designated by <br /> I <br /> 38 <br /> 39 the Engineer. <br /> 40 Trees, whips, shrubs, ground covers, cuttings, live stakes, live poles, live branches, <br /> I <br /> 41 rhizomes, tubers, rootstock, and seedlings will hereinafter be referred to collectively as <br /> 42 "plants" or"plant material".
