Establishment and maintenance of lawns. <br /> 32 <br /> I 33 8-02.3(2)B Weed and Pest Control Plan <br /> 34 The Weed and Pest Control Plan shall describe all weed and pest control needs <br /> 35 for the project. <br /> I 36 <br /> 37 The plan shall be prepared and signed by a licensed Commercial Pest Control <br /> 38 Operator or Consultant. The plan for control of weeds and pests on the Contract in <br /> 39 accordance with Section 8-02.3(3) shall include the following: <br /> I 40 <br /> 41 1. Names of plan preparer and pesticide operators, including contact <br /> 42 information. The Contractor shall furnish the Engineer evidence that all <br /> I 43 operators are licensed with appropriate endorsements, and that the <br /> 44 pesticide used is registered for use by the Washington State Department <br /> 45 of Agriculture. <br /> I 46 <br /> 47 2. Means and methods of weed control, including mechanical and/or <br /> 48 chemical. <br /> 49 <br /> I <br /> 50 3.
