City of Everett 00 73 00 - 1 <br /> 3600 Smith Street Clean Up <br /> SECTION 00 73 00 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> I <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> SUMMARY <br /> A. The following "Special Conditions" shall supplement the General Conditions and shall <br /> become a part of this contract: <br /> rPART 2 - PARKING <br /> 2.1 Contractor Parking: <br /> A. Contractor Parking: Contractor parking shall be within the perimeter of the facility and <br /> not interfere with neighboring business parking. <br /> ' PART 3 - STORAGE, STAGING AND DUMPSTER AREAS <br /> 3.1 Location: Contractor will be responsible for storage of materials and equipment prior to <br /> commencing installation phase. Staging of material and equipment during construction <br /> phase will be located in designated areas within the perimeter of the facility and not <br /> interfere with neighboring business parking. Available space within the immediate area <br /> where work is to be performed will be available for the contractor to stage material. <br /> 3.2 The contractor shall be responsible for the provisions for a dumpster(s). Location of a <br /> dumpster shall be located within the staging area described above. Should a dumpster <br /> not be possible due to site access limitations the contractor shall be responsible for an <br /> alternate means of waste disposal. <br /> PART 4 - BUILDING ACCESS & SECURITY <br /> 4.1 Contractor Access: Contractor access to the site will be restricted as follows: <br /> ' A. Entry & Exit: The Contractor will be given access to into site by city's representative or <br /> be issued a key as necessary. <br /> PART 5 -WORKING HOURS <br /> 1 <br /> 5.1 General Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly defines <br /> each phase. <br /> 00 73 00 - 1 SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />
