Cit of Everett 00 - Y 73 00 2 3600 Smith Street Clean Up 5.2 Work Hours: The Contractor shall provide work schedule. The Contractor will have full access to site. A. The City has established regulations for control of noise in residential zoned property. I For the purpose of regulating potential disruptive or annoying noise, Ordinance No. 1556-89 states that all residential zoned land fall within Noise Control No. 1. 1. Therefore, it should be noted that under the City's Noise Ordinance, construction related noise is limited to the following hours: a. 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays b. 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends and state recognized holidays 5.3 Be aware that all construction sites will be monitored and violators are subject to fines. I 5.4 Construction contractors are responsible for notifying subcontractors of the City's noise regulations. 5.5 (Discussion of altering business operating schedule will be determined at Pre- , Construction Meeting) Other hours may be considered on a limited basis. All requests for working hours other than those stated above shall be made exclusively through the Owner's Representative. PART 6 - RESTROOMS ' 6.1 The Contractor shall provide portable toilets to be positioned in locations where they will not pose a health problem or obstruct entry into the site. Ensure portable toilets have the ability to be locked and secured as to prevent unauthorized use and vandalism. PART 7 - OWNER OCCUPATION AND OPERATIONS The owner intends for a complete site closure during all construction work within the property lines until the construction of the cleanup and fill is complete. A.
