Cit of Everett 00 - <br /> Y 73 00 2 <br /> 3600 Smith Street Clean Up <br /> 5.2 Work Hours: The Contractor shall provide work schedule. The Contractor will have full <br /> access to site. <br /> A. The City has established regulations for control of noise in residential zoned property. I <br /> For the purpose of regulating potential disruptive or annoying noise, Ordinance No. <br /> 1556-89 states that all residential zoned land fall within Noise Control No. 1. <br /> 1. Therefore, it should be noted that under the City's Noise Ordinance, construction <br /> related noise is limited to the following hours: <br /> a. 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays <br /> b. 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends and state recognized holidays <br /> 5.3 Be aware that all construction sites will be monitored and violators are subject to fines. I <br /> 5.4 Construction contractors are responsible for notifying subcontractors of the City's noise <br /> regulations. <br /> 5.5 (Discussion of altering business operating schedule will be determined at Pre- , <br /> Construction Meeting) Other hours may be considered on a limited basis. All requests <br /> for working hours other than those stated above shall be made exclusively through the <br /> Owner's Representative. <br /> PART 6 - RESTROOMS ' <br /> 6.1 The Contractor shall provide portable toilets to be positioned in locations where they will <br /> not pose a health problem or obstruct entry into the site. Ensure portable toilets have <br /> the ability to be locked and secured as to prevent unauthorized use and vandalism. <br /> PART 7 - OWNER OCCUPATION AND OPERATIONS <br /> The owner intends for a complete site closure during all construction work within the <br /> property lines until the construction of the cleanup and fill is complete. <br /> A.
