Based on the wording in the attached, and using the <br /> engineer's estimate of the contract sum, the daily rate charged would be$2,956/day for 1 day over yet <br /> I the daily rate would jump to$5,912/day for 2 days over bringing the total charge to$11,824 and <br /> exponentially growing with any additional days over.
