When environmental conditions are not conducive to satisfactory <br /> 27 results, the Engineer may suspend the seeding Work until such time that the <br /> 28 desired results are likely to be obtained. If seeding is suspended, temporary <br /> 29 erosion control methods according to Section 8-01 shall be used to protect the <br /> 30 bare soil until seeding conditions improve. <br /> 31 111 <br /> 32 8-02.3(9)B Seeding and Fertilizing <br /> 33 The Contractor shall prepare the seeding area in accordance with Section 8- <br /> 34 02.3(5)A and apply seed at the rate and mix specified in the Special Provisions. III <br /> 35 The Contractor shall notify the Engineer within 5 days in advance of any seeding <br /> 36 operation and shall not begin the Work until areas prepared or designated for <br /> 37 seeding have been accepted.
