The <br /> Reclamation Facility's QCP shall be submitted <br /> and approved by the WSDOT State Materials <br /> Laboratory. Once accepted. any changes to <br /> the QCP will require a new QCP to be <br /> submitted for acceptance. <br /> Evaluation Of aggregate source properties (LA <br /> Wear and Degradation) for the recycled <br /> concrete aggregate is not required. <br /> Acceptance Requirements Certification of toxicity characteristics in <br /> accordance with Section 9-03.21(1), required <br /> if requested. <br /> Field acceptance testing in accordance with <br /> Section 3-04 is required. <br /> Provide certification in accordance with <br /> WSDOT QC 9 for every lot.
