' 9-03.9(3) Crushed Surfacing <br /> 9-03.12(1)A Gravel Backfill for Foundations Class A <br /> 1 <br /> Tier 3 <br /> ' Approval Requirements The Reclamation Facility shall have a Quality <br /> Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with <br /> WSDOT QC 10 "Standard Practice for <br /> ' Approval of Reclamation Facilities of Recycled <br /> Concrete Aggregates from Stockpiles of <br /> Unknown Sources". The Reclamation <br /> ' Facility's QCP shall be submitted and <br /> approved by the WSDOT State Materials <br /> Laboratory. Once accepted, any changes to <br /> the QCP will require a new QCP to be <br /> submitted for acceptance. <br /> Evaluation of aggregate source properties (LA <br /> Wear and Degradation) for the recycled <br /> concrete aggregate is required. <br /> Acceptance Requirements Certification of toxicity characteristics in <br /> accordance with Section 9-03.21(1) is <br /> ' required. <br /> Field acceptance testing in accordance with <br /> Section 3-04 is required. <br /> Provide certification in accordance with <br /> WSDOT QC 10 for every lot.
