In section 1-07.24 Rights of Way, page SP-37, line 3, add the following paragraph: The temporary construction easement areas shown in the Plans shall not be used to store materials or equipment.The temporary construction easement areas and project site shall be closed to the public when work is in progress using temporary portable chain link panel fencing as described in section 1-10 Temporary Traffic Control and Items No. 4 and No. 6 on this addendum sheet. In section 1-08.2(02) Hours of Work, page SP-37, line 40, is corrected to read as follows: Except as modified in section 1-07.23(3) Business Access. In section 1-10.4 Measurement, page SP-47, line 8, add the following paragraph: "Project Temporary Traffic Control", per lump sum, includes all costs as described in the I Standard Specifications, as well all costs to furnish, erect, maintain, move, and remove temporary portable chain link panel fencing to enclose the project site and temporary construction easement areas as shown on the Plans and this addendum sheet. ITEM NO. 5—Proposal, Basic Bid Items A. In the Basic Bid Items Schedule, page PR-5, item 22, Moving Existing Hydrants, is deleted.
