I <br /> 1 <br /> 2 "Cement Concrete Compliance Adjustment", by calculation. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Payment for "Cement Concrete Compliance Adjustment" will be calculated by multiplying <br /> 5 the unit Contract price for the cement concrete pavement, times the volume for <br /> 6 adjustment, times the percent of adjustment determined from the calculated CPF and the <br /> 7 Deficiency Adjustment listed in Section 5-05.5(1)A. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 5-05.5(1) Pavement Thickness <br /> 10 This section is revised to read: <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Cement concrete pavement shall be constructed in accordance with the thickness <br /> 13 requirements in the Plans and Specifications. Tolerances allowed for Subgrade <br /> 14 construction and other provisions, which may affect thickness, shall not be construed to <br /> 15 modify such thickness requirements. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Thickness measurements in each lane paved shall comply with the following: <br /> 18 <br /> Thickness Testing of Cement Concrete Pavement <br /> Thickness Lot Size 15 panels maximum <br /> Thickness test location determined Engineer will select testing locations in <br /> b accordance with WSDOT TM 716 <br /> y method B. <br /> Sample method AASHTO T 359 <br /> Contractor provides, places, and <br /> Sample preparation performed by secures disks in the presence of the <br /> Engineer' <br /> Measurement method AASHTO T 359 <br /> Thickness measurement performed Contractor, in the presence of the <br /> by Engineer2 <br /> 'Reflectors shall be located at within 0.5 feet of the center of the panel.
