City of Everett {' <br /> Washington State STOP Formula Grant Program Renewal Application for FFY 2019 <br /> ONLINE CIVIL RIGHTS TRAINING <br /> The Office for Civil Rights, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice offers an online <br /> training to recipients of Office on Violence Against Women funding to assist them in meeting their <br /> federal civil rights obligations.The online training,which consists of six segments and self-tests, <br /> provides an overview of applicable nondiscrimination laws and the general civil rights obligations that <br /> are tied to grants awarded by the Justice Department.The training needs to be completed every other <br /> year.
