Submission of Washington State STOP Formula Grant <br /> Program Renewal Application for FFY 2019 <br /> Application to be received in OCVA no later than <br /> Monday; October 14, 2019 <br /> Applications will be reviewed as received and grants will be developed after approval of all required components <br /> of the application. No application will be accepted after October 14, 2019 without prior written approval from <br /> Pearl Gipson-Collier,Section Manager, Violence Against Women Program, OCVA.Applications accepted after <br /> October 14,could have a grant start date later than January 1, 2020.This would result in a grant period less than <br /> 12 months. <br /> Completed renewal applications received in OCVA by the deadline of October 14, 2019,will be issued a grant <br /> with a start date of January 1, 2020 and an end date of December 31, 2020, pending availability of appropriated <br /> funds. <br /> PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED RENEWAL APPLICATION: <br /> 1. As an attachment to an email sent to Maria Shattuck at Maria.Shattuck@commerce.wa.gov <br /> OR <br /> 2. Grants will be fully executed by December 31, 2019. Delays in completing the execution <br /> of a final grant ninety days or more from the date of the mailing of the grant documents may lead to rescinding <br /> the award. <br /> Materials submitted may be released pursuant to a request under the Washington State Public Records Act. <br /> 2 <br />
