Section 31: NOTICE FOR INSPECTION. The person to whom a permit has <br /> been granted for the installation of a television or radio receiving antenna <br /> shall immediately notify the Electrical Inspector when the work covered by <br /> the permit has been completed and is ready for final inspection. Upon such <br /> 1 notice, the Electrical Inspector, or his authorized representativaa? shall <br /> � <br /> promptly inspect and approve the installation if the work complies <br /> �eo in all <br /> 2 respects with the provisions of this ordinance and the permit, and shall <br /> disapprove said installation if it fails to comply, stating in writing the <br /> 3 reasons for disapproval and specify a time within which said defects must be <br /> corrected. A re-inspection shall be mede after notice to the Electrical <br /> 4 Inspector that the defects have been corrected. <br /> 5 Section 32: MATERIALS TO BE APPROVED TYPE^ No electrical materiale, <br /> devices or equipment designed for attachment to or installation on any <br /> 6 electrical circuit or system for television and radio receiving antennas, <br /> shall be installed, used, sold, or offered for sale for use in the City of <br /> 7 Everett unless they ere in conformity with the approved methods of construc- <br /> tion for safety to life and property, and unless the electrical materials, <br /> 8 devices or equipment conform with the standards of the Underwriters' <br /> Laboratories, Inc. current as of the time of installation. <br /> 9 <br /> Section 33: MINOR REPAIRS WITHOUT PERMIT. Notwithstanding any~ <br /> IO thing herein to the contrary, minor repairs to antenna may be made without <br /> the necessity of a permit provided, however, that a prompt report thereof <br /> 11 is made to the Electrical Inspector showing the extent thereof. Should an <br /> investigation of said minor repairs by theElectrical Inspector disclose <br /> 12 defects, the same shell he pointed out and corrected. <br /> 13 Section al: AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL RULES. In order to take ad- <br /> vantage of progress and change in the indusfryv the Electrical Inspector <br /> 14 may consult with members of the industry and other qualified persons and may <br /> put into effect any reasonable rules and regulations not in conflict with ihe <br /> 15 provisions of this ordinance. <br /> 16 Smotion 35: VIOLATION - PENALTY. Any person who shall violate, <br /> or fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of this chapter, <br /> 17 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and. upon conviction thereof, shall <br /> be fined not more than Three Hundred G300.00) Dollars, or be imprisoned for <br /> 18 not more than ninety /90\ days, or be punished by both such fine and <br /> imprisonment. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 � <br /> ~�?
