5. If such appeal is properly taken, the Fire <br /> Prevention Review Board shall , within seven <br /> days, review such order and file their decision <br /> thereon. All members of the Fire Prevention <br /> Review Board shall have a vote in arriving at <br /> such decision, except the City Clerk, and in <br /> the event such order is sustained by a majority <br /> of the Fire Prevention Review Board, it shall <br /> be forthwith complied with, or as modified by <br /> the Fire Prevention Review Board if such modifica- <br /> tion order is entered. Unless by the authority <br /> of the Fire Prevention Review Board such order <br /> is revoked or modified, it shall remain in full <br /> force and effect and be complied with within <br /> the time fixed in said order or decision of <br /> the Fire Prevention Review Board. All decisions <br /> of the Fire Prevention Review Board shall be <br /> final , conclusive and binding upon the parties. <br /> Section 5: Establishment of Bureau of Fire Prevention. <br /> The Bureau of Fire Prevention is hereby created, which <br /> Bureau shall enforce the provisions of the Fire Prevention <br /> Code. The Fire Marshal shall be the Chief of the Bureau <br /> of Fire Prevention and shall take his orders from the Chief <br /> of the Fire Department. <br /> Section 6: Definitions. Wherever the word "municipality" <br /> is used in the Fire Prevention Code it shall be held to mean <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> Section 7 : Establishment of Limits of Districts in <br /> Which Storage of Flammable Liquids in Outside Aboveground <br /> Tanks is to be prohibited. <br /> (a) The limits referred to in Section 16.22a, of <br /> the Fire Prevention Code in which storage of <br /> flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks <br /> is prohibited, are hereby established as follows : <br /> Fire Zone #1 and #2 as defined by <br /> Ordinance No. , ECC <br /> and said Section 16.22a is amended' <br /> as herein set forth. <br /> (b) The Limits referred to in Section 16.51 of the <br /> Fire Prevention Code is which new bulk plants <br /> for flammable liquids are prohibited, are <br /> hereby established as follows : <br /> Fire Zone #1 and #2 as defined by <br /> Ordinance No. , ECC , <br /> and said Section 16.51 is amended as <br /> herein set forth. <br /> -6- <br />
