Sprinkling rates shall becomputed by applying the applicable - • <br /> metered rate schedule to the average monthly consumption for the months of April, <br /> May and June, in a given year, and the rate so determined shall constitute the <br /> monthly billing without regard to consumption for the months of July, August and <br /> September of the given year. <br /> e. Sprinkling rates for 1965 only, shall be computed by applying the <br /> applicable metered rate schedule in effect on August 31, 1965, to the average <br /> monthly consumption as computed for the months of April and May, 1965, and the <br /> rate so determined shall constitute the monthly billing, without regard to consumption, <br /> for the months of August and September, 1965. <br /> f. The use of water for sprinkling purposes shall be confined to the <br /> limits of the premises for which the application for service was issued and water <br /> shall not be wasted by allowing it to flow for excessive periods nor run onto streets <br /> and gutters. <br /> g. No sprinkling shall be done in a manner which will interfere with <br /> or inconvenience pedestrian or vehicular traffic. <br /> h.
