"Open top," or "hearth" means <br /> bread baked in pans or forms the top or top and sides of which are not en- <br /> closed. <br /> "Open top or hearth bread" shall be baked in pans or forms the length <br /> and width of which shall not exceed the following: <br /> "Standard small loaf,' length, nine inches, width, four and one-half <br /> inches; <br /> "Standard large loaf, ' length, twelve and one-quarter inches, width, <br /> four and one-half inches. <br /> Bread--"Pullman' loaves. 'Pullman bread" means bread baked in pans <br /> all six sides of which are enclosed. <br /> ''Pullman bread" shall be baked in pans the length and cubic content <br /> of which shall not exceed the following: <br /> "Standard small Pullman loaf," length, nine inches; cubic content, <br /> one hundred forty-four cubic inches; <br /> "Standard large Pullman loaf," length, thirteen inches; cubic content, <br /> two hundred and eight cubic inches; <br /> "'Standard large multiple Pullman loaf 'A'," length, sixteen inches; <br /> cubic content, two hundred fifty-six cubic inches; <br /> `Standard large multiple Pullman loaf 'B'," length, twenty inches; <br /> cubic content, four hundred five cubic inches. <br /> SECTION 27. BUTTER, OLEOMARGARINE, AND MARGARINE. Butter, oleomargarine, <br /> and margarine shall be offered and exposed for sale and sold by weight and only <br /> in units of 1/4 pound, 1/2 pound, 1 pound, or multiples of 1 pound, avoirdupois <br /> weight. <br /> SECTION 28. FLUID DAIRY PRODUCTS. All fluid dairy products, includ- <br /> ing but not limited to whole milk, skimmed milk, cultured milk, sweet cream, <br /> sour cream, and buttermilk, shall be packaged for retail sale only in units <br /> of 1 gill, 1/2 liquid pint, 10 fluid ounces, 1 liquid pint, 1 liquid quart, <br /> 1/2 gallon, 1 gallon, or multiples of 1 gallon; _Provided, That packages in <br /> units of less than 1 gill shall be permitted. <br /> SECTION 29. FLOUR, CORN MEAL, AND HOMINY GRITS. When in package form, <br /> and when packed, kept, offered, or exposed for sale or sold, wheat flour, <br /> whole wheat flour, graham flour, self-rising wheat flour, phosphated wheat <br /> flour, bromated flour, enriched flour, enriched self-rising flour, enriched <br /> bromated flour, corn flour, corn meal, and hominy grits shall be packaged <br /> only in units of 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 pounds, avoirdupois weight: Pro- <br /> vided, That packages in units of less than 3 pounds or more than 100 pounds <br /> shall be permitted. <br /> SECTION 30. COAL, COKE, AND CHARCOAL. All coal, coke, and charcoal <br /> shall be sold by weight. Unless the fuel is delivered to the purchaser in <br /> package form, each delivery of coal, coke, or charcoal to an individual pur- <br /> chaser shall be accompanied by duplicate delivery tickets on which, in ink <br /> or other indelible substance, there shall be clearly stated (1) the name and <br /> address of the vendor, (2) the name and address of the purchaser, and (3) <br /> the net weight of the delivery and the gross and tare weights from which <br /> the net weight is computed, each expressed in pounds.
