D. For all single family dwellings, other than those lo- cated in the area specifically described in paragraph 1 C of this section, whose property has not been charged with the cost of a local sewer by local improvement district assessments or otherwise (excluding the connection charge provided for in Section 12. 12,010 of this chapter) in addition to the rates pro- vided in Section 1 A and B above--$2.75 per month, provided that the rate for single family dwellings in the area specifically described in Section 1 C of this section shall be $3.75 per month in addition to the rates provided in paragraph 1 A and B above. II Properties served by other than Everett municipal water sys- tem but within the corporate limits of the city: A. Single family dwellings --$2.25 per month. B. Multiple family dwellings--$2.25 per month for first living unit, plus $1.50 for each additional living unit. C. All others--Same as 1 B above except that cost of water shall be determined by using record of total water delivered by the serving utility for the month preceding first sewerage ser- vice and applying the applicable municipal rate. Water cost so computed to be effective for a year and then subject tozeview. Upon review of the peak month of the preceding twelve months shall be selected as the basis for computing the next sewerage . service rate for one year period. Review and adjustment to be made annually thereafter. D. For all customers other than those located in the area specifically described in paragraph 1 C, other than single family dwellings whose property has not been charged with the cost of a local sewer by local improvement district assessments or other- wise (excluding the connection charge provided for in 14, 12.010 of this section) in addition to the rates provided in Sections 11 B and 11 C above--$2.75 per month plus $.03 2/3 for each foot of property over seventy-five feet adjacent to the sanitary system or combined sewer system, provided that the rate to be charged in the area specifically described in Section 1 C of this sec- tion above, shall be $3.75 per month plus $.05 cents for each : . foot of property over seventy-five feet adjacent to the sanitary sewer system or the combined sewer systems. Lots shall be meas- ured on one side only and that shall be the longer side . E. For all single family dwellings other than those lo- cated in the area specif}c'ally described in Paragraph 1 C of this section, which property has not been charged with the cost of a local sewer by local improvement district assessments or otherwise ( including the connection charge provided for in Sec- tion 14. 12.010 of this chapter) in addition to the rates provided for in Section 11 A--$2.75 per month provi+d that the rate per single familydwelling in the area specifically described in Sec- tion 1 C of this section shall be $3.75 per month in addition to the rates provided for in Sections 11 A above.
