4. For residential permitted uses, there shall be <br /> a rear yard having a depth of not less than 20 <br /> feet . <br /> 5. Restaurants, cafes and grills (including dancing <br /> and entertainment) , taverns, bars, cabarets, <br /> cocktail lounges, and nightclubs, billiard and <br /> pool halls . <br /> 5. Banks and financial establishments . <br /> 6. Business and professional offices, general pro- <br /> fessional services, office buildings . <br /> 7. Newspaper offices, job printing establments . <br /> 8. Household appliance repair stores, heating and <br /> plumbing supply stores . <br /> 9. Similar retail and service businesses catering <br /> directly to the consumer. <br /> 10. Hotels and motels . <br /> 11. Automobile service stations, provided that the <br /> minimum lot area is 12,000 square feet and the mini- <br /> mum frontage on any abutting street is 100 lineal <br /> feet.
