She also encouraged domestic violence <br /> awareness. <br /> Council Vice President Tuohy provided a liaison report from the Silver Lake <br /> Neighborhood meeting held Tuesday. She also stated that Ryan Sass, public <br /> works director, provided an update that Hoyt Ave should reopen to traffic <br /> around November 4 and Rucker Ave from Everett Ave to Hewitt Ave could <br /> reopen to traffic around Thanksgiving. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided a liaison report from the Twin Creeks- <br /> Cascade View Neighborhood meeting held Monday evening. <br /> President Bader thanked Michael Trujillo for hosting a voter forum. He also stated <br /> he attended Carl Gipson's funeral service. President Bader thanked Mayor <br /> Franklin for the domestic violence proclamation.
