MEMORANDUM <br />To: Historical Commission <br />From: Allan Giffen, Planning Director <br />Cc: Mayor Stephanson, City Council, Debra Bryant, Dave Koenig <br />Date: October 30, 2012 <br />Subject: Naming Request — City Plaza <br />The naming request for City Plaza, currently under construction and located adjacent to the <br />Everett Performing Arts Center, has been reviewed in accordance with the City's Naming Policy <br />(Resolution No. 6537). It appears that the request is consistent with the Policy and is being <br />referred to the Historical Commission to be processed in accordance with the provisions of the <br />Policy. <br />Staff will schedule the proposal (attached) on an upcoming Historical Commission agenda, and <br />advertise it for a public hearing in accordance with the Naming Policy. <br />
