October 30, 2019 <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1910-50 <br /> SECOND READIING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to Dangerous and potentially Dangerous Dogs, <br /> amending Chapter 6.08 EMC as previously amended <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1910-51 <br /> SECOND READIING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the change of control of Frontier <br /> Communications Northwest Inc., with conditions and establishing an <br /> effective date <br /> At 7:29 p.m., President Bader announced the Council would recess for three- <br /> minute break, followed by a 10-minute executive session with action on one item <br /> to follow. <br /> The Council meeting was reconvened at 7:41 p.m. <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Roberts, to <br /> authorize the Mayor to settle four lawsuits brought against the City by <br /> Jamie Wallin concerning the Public Records Act, in the amount of$35,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 326 <br />
