October 30, 2019 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Moore, that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 1910-49, and <br /> the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Stonecipher <br /> Ordinance No. 3704-19 adopted. <br /> VACATION —PORTION OF LOT 19, BLOCK 727 AND 32ND STREET, STANFORD LAND <br /> COMPANY ADDITION <br /> Darcy Byrd, Facilities/Real Property, provided a presentation concerning the <br /> proposed vacation. <br /> President Bader opened the public hearing and invited public comment. <br /> Alan Miller, Everett, expressed concern about the possible placement of a duplex <br /> on the property, and he urged Council to limit development to one single-family <br /> residence. <br /> Ryan Moore, Everett, stated he preferred the property be used for a bus stop or a <br /> place for children to play. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Roberts, to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Discussion ensued proposing the inclusion of language in the ordinance that <br /> addresses access to Pigeon Creek. <br /> 322 <br />
