October 30, 2019 <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, spoke about notifications to the Port Gardner <br /> Neighborhood. <br /> Mayor Franklin stated she would direct staff to follow up with the neighborhood <br /> chair. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> approve the vacation of a portion of Lot 19, Block 727 and 32nd Street, Stanford <br /> Land Company Addition to Everett and direct staff to prepare an ordinance <br /> subject to the conditions as contained in the staff report. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—CDBG LOAN FOR DISTRIBUTION CENTER RELOCATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> authorize the Mayor to execute the 1999 Community Development Block Grant <br /> Loan Agreement Amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Roberts to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7444 declaring the City of Everett to be in support of fully <br /> funding the Land and Water Conservation Fund. <br /> 323 <br />
