Provide a firm fixed, not to exceed, lump sum amount for each <br /> deliverable that includes all services listed in Section 2. Include estimated hours and any <br /> other associated costs supporting the task. The awarded Supplier will be paid the amount listed <br /> after completion of the deliverable listed. <br /> A. List <br /> staff/positions to be utilized, their hourly rates, estimated hours for each position, and any other <br /> associated costs.
