City of Everett Coordination of SR07 and SRO8 CSO Control and Sewer-"0"Project <br /> • Modifying the control settings for the SRO8 regulator <br /> • Stormwater separation in the catchments upstream of Pine St and Pacific <br /> (stormwater goes to 30 inch pipe and discharge at SRO7. <br /> • Port Gardener Storage Facility Regulator at 36th Street and Rucker Avenue <br /> c. Review results to determine if CSO/SSO Reduction Projects negatively impact <br /> hydraulically connected outfalls SR01, SR02, SR03, and SR04, including <br /> regulatory compliance of CSOs. <br /> 2. Meetings <br /> a. Conduct two meetings with the City. These meetings will be to discuss the <br /> hydraulic modeling scenario setup parameters and the modeling results. During <br /> the second meeting, the preferred alternative will be selected. <br /> City of Everett Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide current model, boundary conditions, and long-term simulation rainfall datasets. <br /> 2. Provide current GIS sewer and stormwater data. <br /> 3. Provide timely input on all deliverables and information requests from the Consultant. <br /> Client reviews shall be completed within 2-weeks. <br /> 4. Provide consolidated review comments. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. BHC will limit analysis to 8 to 12 scenarios. <br /> 2. Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) will be evaluated by another Consultant and is <br /> not included in this contract. <br /> 3. Client workshops and meetings will be 2 hours in length and will include 1 hour of travel <br /> time and 1 hour for preparation and meeting notes following the meeting for a total of 4 <br /> hours per meeting. Workshops and meetings will be attended by up to two team <br /> members (Project Manager and Senior Engineer). <br /> 4. Hydraulic analysis will be performed using long term simulations to determine potential <br /> overflow frequency and for design purposes. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Meeting notes from meetings (PDF file via email). <br /> 2. Hydraulic Analysis Report detailing the results of the modeling work (PDF file via email). <br /> Task 500 — Additional Services <br /> Objective <br /> Provide a means of undertaking and compensating BHC for(approved) out-of-scope <br /> engineering work without delaying the project. In general, such work would be as requested by <br /> the City. <br /> BHC Services <br /> 1. It is difficult to accurately anticipate potential out-of-scope tasks that may arise during the <br /> development of the project.
