3. The City must be notified and shown the proposed banner approximately thirty (30) days in <br /> advance of the installation of any banner signs. Signs must be substantially as depicted in Exhibit <br /> #1, by incorporating important elements of corporate logo and the associated general design <br /> theme. <br /> 4. All applicable Building and Fire Code requirements must be met. <br /> A fourteen(14) day comment period was provided and has concluded. No adverse comments were <br /> received. The Applicant or an affected property owner may appeal this final decision. Appeal forms <br /> are available from the Planning Department Permit Services Counter located at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd <br /> Floor, and must be submitted along with the required filing fee within 14 days of the date of this <br /> decision.
