The area in which I was ticketed was the driveway <br />to get into the garage. It no longer is needed and would be just a <br />part of the block if there was a curb there. It is not my fault the <br />zity has not yet corrected this. This should be considered a <br />parking area, as there is no reason for it not to be. I have been <br />parking here since we opened and I feel this ticket is a form of <br />harrassment since the meter maid has not been able to ticket me for <br />time zone expiration (I move my car every 2 hours). <br />For the above reasons I am NOT enclosing payment for this ticket. <br />If there is need for me to appear at a hearing of some sort, please <br />advise me.
