When floors are subjected to water flushing for cleaning, the wall and floor <br />junctures are to be coved and sealed. <br />11. Walls and ceiling of the food preparation and scullery area shall be light-colored, <br />smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. <br />12. Provide adequate protective light shields for all lights in the food preparation and <br />storage areas. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Heaith District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. This inspection <br />has been scheduled for Monday, October 17, 1988. <br />PEease do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions.
