I will need a detailed landscape <br />plan indicating the [ypes & numbers of trees, shrubs, groundcover etc. <br />before Planning can approve the permit. <br />If the landscaping installation will be postponed due to seasonal <br />issues, a performance bond will be required. A maintenance assurance <br />device for two years will be required. <br />As 1 mentioned last Thursday, it does look like the frcestanding sign is <br />non-confomiing. When the permit for the new signage is submitted, the <br />freestanding sign will be required to meet code. The reason 1'm <br />addressing this again is that there are a number of ways to amend the <br />situation, one of Nicm being an island that might best be done with this <br />TI.
