I would
like to see Ihe eastem driveway onto S W@verett Mall Way restricted to
right in / right out only operations because it is so close ro the
comer - thcre are driveways on both 1 st and SW Everett Mall Way that
providc access [o the site with greater separation from the
intersection. 1 would also like to see the parking stall dimensions
shown to the curb or wheel stop, rather than including the bumper
overhang in the dimension (the City allows up ro 2.5 feet of bumper
overhang into landscaping). Anached is a PDF copy of the site plan you
provided with my in(onnal written commen[s in red.
Regarding landscaping on the southeast corner of the site, 1 do not see
any trac issue with placing Irees in this area so long as they are
varieties ihat spread with a canopy that is a minimum of 7 feet above
the ground when mature and they are located a minimum of 3 feet behind
the sidcwalk nlong SW Everett Mall Way.
Michael Brick, P.E.
Associa[e Engineer
City of Bverett - Traffic Engincering
425-257-7790 direct
425-257-8856 faa
from: Theresa Greene [mailtn:te.architect(nlcomcast.net]
Senh Monday, June 27, 201 I 1:10 PM
To: Niels Tygesen; Michael Brick
Cr.'Chad Haverlock;'Vince Claudio'
Subject: RB: Gerber Collision R Glass 125 S W Cverett Mall Way
Hi Nicls and Michacl,
Can you takc a look at this revised Sitc Plan and lel me know your
thoughts?
