The intent of this document to provide the Ciry of
Everett with ihe in(ormation required to satisfy the Ciry's requirements for a limited haffic
analysis.
E%ISTING ATHLETIC FACILITY
The existing athletic facility is located appioximately three blocks south of the campus on the
north side o( 13th Street behveen Lombarcl Avenue and Wetmore Avenue. The existing
facility is a 9.36 acre parcel with a gymnasiwn (40,287 SF), combination soccer and softball
field, four outdoor tennis courls, and 151 parking stalls. The gymnasium is used for both
baskeball and volleyball. The
[CC baseball team curtenUy uses a baseball field next to Everett Memorial Stadium to the
soulh of the ECC campus and the soccer teams currently use soccer fields in Kasch Park
near Mukilteo.
The 2008 athletic schedule shows that ECC hosted approximately 85 home games in
baseball, softball, meii s and womeii s basketball, women's volleyball, and men's and
women's Soccer. Of these home games, about 39 games were played at the existing athletic
facility with the other 4G played off-site. Outside of scheduled games, lhe athletic faciliry generates very few, if
ny, primary hips.
