The major change in programs is that the new facility will <br /> include an indoor track and that the baseballlsoccer field and tennis courts wili not be <br /> replaced. All ECC baseball and soccer team practicea and games will be held off- <br /> campus. As part of the Phase III expa�sion for the Everett Community College, the <br /> appflcant is also proposing construction of a surface parking lot (�05 stalls) at 1030 <br /> Broadway Avenue.
