5 <br /> This is an estimated time frame for spending the HOME funds. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing schedule, the deadlines for expenditure of <br /> HOME funds for 2007, 2008 and 2011 HOME program years, in the amounts <br /> set forth in Section I-B of the Agreement, are as outlined in Section I-F of this <br /> Agreement. As a summary only, HOME funds for the HOME program years <br /> and in the respective amounts provided pursuant to this Agreement shall be <br /> expended by the following dates: <br /> HOME Expenditure <br /> Program Year Amount Deadline <br /> 2007 $ 8,843.87 July 1, 2012 <br /> 2008 $191,156.13 July 1, 2013 <br /> 2011 $418,686.00 July 1, 2016 <br /> In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of Sections I-B and <br /> I-F of the Agreement and this Exhibit A, the provisions of Sections I-B and I-F <br /> shall govern. <br /> C. To carry out the CHIP program identified above, the City shall maintain a <br /> technical staffing function which provides direct program support.
