The <br /> Community Housing Improvement Program(CHIP)program receives these HOME funds for housing <br /> rehabilitation of owner occupied single family homes owned by low and moderate income property owners. <br /> This contract amendment is to expand the service area for these HOME funds to include the City of Everett's <br /> Urban Growth Area. This contract amendment will provide$402,957.30 in HOME funds. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Approve for Mayor's signature the second HOME Contract Amendment with Snohomish County for the <br /> Community Housing Improvement Program. <br /> 19 <br />
