3 <br /> Subconsultant Scope of Work <br /> Utility Potholing(Bravo): <br /> Perform utility potholing to determine the size,material,and depth of existing utilities at location to be <br /> determined by KPG and approved by the City. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> • Table documentingresults of utility potholing <br /> Geotechnical(Shannon&Wilson): <br /> The subconsultant shall perform geotechnical sub-surface exploration as described in the scope of work <br /> for Task 3, and prepare a geotechnical report that addresses subsurface data, site conditions,and <br /> recommendations regarding shoring,trenching,anchor blocks and bluff-face reconstruction.The <br /> subconsultant shall review final contract plans and specifications for consistency with geotechnical <br /> recommendations. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Geotechnical report summarizing findings,conclusions and recommendations. <br /> Environmental(Shannon &Wilson): <br /> The subconsultant shall attend meetings,assess permitting requirement, and perform preliminary <br /> coordination with permitting agencies during the preliminary engineering phase, as described in the scope <br /> of work for Task 4. The subconsultant shall also prepare applications and supporting information for <br /> environmental permits as described in the scope of work for Task 5,excluding activities related to <br /> obtaining a Pipeline License from BNSF.During fmal engineering,the subconsultant shall review <br /> contract plans and specifications for consistency with environmental permit requirements. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • SEPA Checklist <br /> • Biological Assessment <br /> • SEPA application <br /> • Shoreline substantial development application <br /> • JARPA application <br /> Railroad Liaison(Shannon &Wilson): <br /> Attend up to six meetings with KPG and BNSF during preliminary engineering and permitting(Tasks 4 <br /> and 5)and provide input regarding construction approach,schedule,and costs.
