Final approved <br /> specifications and estimate shall also be provided in PDF format. <br /> • Final plans in KPG AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 electronic format that meets City record <br /> drawing standards. <br /> UNANTICIPATED SERVICES <br /> A budget item equal to 10 percent of the contract value has been included to cover unanticipated services <br /> during design,through project advertisement and award.The scope of these services will be determined <br /> based on the unanticipated project needs or other considerations at the sole discretion of the City.This <br /> work may include items identified in the current task authorizations as well as other items outside this <br /> scope of work.
