It is important to us and to our customers that the public <br /> waler system delivers high quali[y potable water In all cases. <br /> City of Everett records indicate [hat this building is served by a 6-inch single check-valve. A double check <br /> detector is required by the State of Washington for commercial fire services. To comply with state <br /> requirements, the city requires the upgrede of the single check-valve to a double check detector <br /> assembty when the commercial building sprinkler syslem is maiified lhrough the city permit praess. <br /> Please be advised [hat the city requires this upgrade as a part of building or sprinkler permit application <br /> for the portion of the building served by the current single check valve. <br /> As the owner of this assembly, you are required to maintain it and improve it as necessary.
