A landscape screen, approded by the Planning Department, shall be <br />provided along the entire north and west property lines from Norton <br />to boat launch, and shall be integrated with landscaping existing <br />along Norton and proposed within boat launch. All parlcing areas front- <br />ing upon a public dedicated street shall provide a minimum of a 5-f�ot <br />wide landscaped strip alonq the entire street frontage, exclusive of <br />driveways.
