A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department . <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage <br />(including flow lines and grat�� ^levations), and all required improvements <br />to the public right-of-�vay. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall <br />be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />Plans shall include the authority (permission/agreement) for, and the existing <br />and proposed improvements to off-site access road from Norton to the site. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from t`ie site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless othenvise approved by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />4. A plan is required indicating how drainage is to be conveyed from the site <br />and how and where it ultimately drains. Provisions for oil separation is <br />also required. <br />5. Participation in the program to fund the north end sanitary sewer interceptor <br />is required. <br />Amend Checklist As Follows: <br />Il - 13- a, b, c, d, and f- change to yes. <br />Information For 'fhe Developer: <br />A fire hydrant is required within 200 feet of all buildings. <br />jcl <br />
