LNI hac not received <br />proof of inspection by the City of Everett Engineering / Public Services <br />Department; instead we have been given vague references te non-specific <br />contractor work and inspection dates. Ultimately TC Systems Inc must show <br />compliance witli the uncorrecteo violati.ons noted below or the operations <br />will be treated as Failure to Abate and possibly willful violations of tlie <br />WISH Act and the WAC codes. <br />P7y notes and recollection of past meetings and recenC telephone <br />conversations and site vis;ts include Charles Souder was planning to pay for <br />and obtain City of Everett Engineering / Public Services Department <br />electrical permits and oncite inspections to evaluate the original and <br />secondary construction work on the powder coating booth and the dip tank <br />electrical panel. To date, City of Everett Engineering / Publi.c Services <br />Department has no record of any past or current permits, inspections, or <br />request�. As enforcement agency for employee health and safety it is <br />imperative for LNI to ensure the question of proper booth and dip tank <br />electrical and other design iscues must be resolved. Several attempts have <br />been made to confirm compliance: during the last inspection, subsequent <br />te:ephone calls, and during addi�ional site visits, resulting in little or <br />no progrese on behalf of your company. Please confirm the following by <br />Friday 04/:1/03 or the Department of Labor and Industries LNI will be <br />compelled to enforce ttte codes accordingly: <br />+ The powder-coating booth must have an automatic sprinkler <br />system in conformance with t9AC 296-29-37011-1. Please provide proof of <br />conformance by the City of Everett Engineering / P4blic Services Department <br />or Snoliomish County Fire Marshall via permit and inspection a�plicatio❑ as <br />detai'_ed during our meeti::gc.
