The Applicant is allowed a 900 square foot addition to an existing 850 square foot telecommunications facility. The Applicant is also allowed to install new mechanical and electrical equipment. This permit is granted subject to the conditions as set forth herein. INTRODUCTION Verizon, 1800 - 41st Street, Everett, Washington 98201, (Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit from the City of Everett (City) to allow a 900 square foot addition to an existing 850 square foot telecommunications facility on property located at 3110 West Mukilteo Boulevard, Everett, Washington (subject property). The addition would include installation of new mechanical and electrical equipment. A Special Property Use Permit is required for such a use. A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on June 27, 2002.
