Revised Landscape Plan submitted by the Applicant July 11, 2002 <br />All of the exhibits are available for inspection at the Hearing Examiner's Office located at <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, 8th floor, Everett, Washington. <br />After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the Applicant, <br />testimony and evidence elicited during the public hearing, and as the result of the <br />personal inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas by the Everett <br />Hearing Examiner, the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions constitute the basis <br />of the decision of the Everett Hearing Examiner. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />The Applicant requested a Special Property Use Permit to construct a 900 <br />square foot addition onto an existing 850 telecommunications facility. The 900 <br />square foot addition, which includes installation of new mechanical and electrical <br />equipment, is proposed at and existing facility at 3110 West Mukilteo Boulevard, <br />Everett, Washington. (exhibit 1, Tyler testimony) <br />2. The subject property is zoned IRS, Residential Suburban.
