Chapter 20.08.040. The maximum sound levels at the adjacent District I <br />residential property line shall be 55 dB(A) during daytime hours and 45 dB(A) at <br />night. If these levels cannot be met, then recommendations from an acoustical <br />engineer shall be provided in the form of an acoustical report and implemented in <br />the design of the proposal. <br />4. Additional landscaping will be required to screen the proposed building addition, <br />cooling system condensers, and power generator. Landscaping shall generally <br />be consistent with the landscape plan submitted at the public hearing (exhibit 9). <br />If possible, the existing rip -rap on the east side of the proposed addition should <br />be removed and replaced with landscaping.
