The daily admissions, <br /> instruction and pool rental fees will not change. There will be a 10%discount offered on the purchase of 10 <br /> swim cards for youth, adults and seniors and a 15% discount offered on the purchase of family 10 swim <br /> cards. The discount card will have no eligibility restrictions. <br /> The Cost Benefit Policy, approved by City Council on December 19,2007, provides the policy framework <br /> for the establishment and modification of recreational program fees. <br /> Consistent with the requirements of City Council Resolution 6013 approved on April 23,2008, swim and <br /> pool fee adjustments specify a review process and notification to the City Council prior to implementation. <br /> The 2014 swim and pool rental fees were the subject of public review including a public forum at the June <br /> 11,2013 regular meeting of the Board of Park Commissioners.Public notices regarding the fees and public <br /> forums were placed in The Daily Herald, on the City's website and posted at the Swim Center,Recreation <br /> Office and Forest Park Administration Building Offices. The Board finalized its recommendation to staff at <br /> its June 11,2013 meeting. <br /> 7 <br />
