BOND QUANTITIES WORKSHEET, RETENTION/DETENTION FACILITY <br /> SUMMARY SHEET AND SKETCH,AND DECLARATION OF COVENANT <br /> 10.1 Bond Quantities Worksheet <br /> The bond quantities for the project will be calculated in the City's Bond Quantities Worksheet <br /> which will be submitted separately at a later time if required by the City review engineer. <br /> 10.2 Detention Facility Summary Sheet and Sketch <br /> A detention facility summary sheet has been completed and attached as APPENDIX G. See the <br /> project plans submitted separately for detailed drawings of the collection and conveyance <br /> system. <br /> 10.3 Declaration of Covenant <br /> If the City requires a drainage facility/access covenant or agreement then it will be provided <br /> under separate cover. <br /> 11. MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS MANUAL <br /> The Boeing Company will be responsible for the maintenance of the proposed onsite storm <br /> systems.An operation and maintenance manual for all proposed stormwater facilities and BMPs <br /> is included in APPENDIX B of this report. <br /> DCG, Inc.
