PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project involves the construction of a new 104,823 SF concrete parking lot in an existing
grass field just south of Gate E-70 at the Boeing Everett Facility. The new concrete parking lot
will discharge to an existing stormwater detention pond to the west of Perimeter Road and will
not require additional flow control or water quality facilities. The project will adhere to the
requirements stipulated in the 1992 Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for
the Puget Sound Basin (hereafter referred to as the Stormwater Manual).
Construction will take place on a previously undeveloped site within Boeing's Everett campus
and therefore is classified as new development per Volume I, Chapter I-2, Section I-2.4.1 of the
Stormwater Manual. This section requires that all new development that includes the creation or
addition of 5,000 square feet or greater of new impervious surface area and/or land disturbing
activity of one acre or greater must comply with Minimum Requirements #1 through #11 and
prepare a Stormwater Site Plan. The Minimum Requirements are addressed in Section 5 of this
report.
PROJECT LOCATION
• 11114141P
• Jr0
BOEING-EVERETT ^ ' ` ,
• JAPANESE GULCH
a n I'I „ .
